All sales are final
We offer intangible and immutable products. We do not issue refunds once the order is final and the product is sent. We sell data; once a client is supplied with data we cannot get the data back. Due to the nature of the data business all sales are final and non-refundable.If you have any questions or concerns about the refund policies please contact us before your order. Once an order is place you are automatically agreeing to a purchase contract which binds you to this policy, terms of agreement, and privacy policy. By agreeing to this purchase contract you are allowing authorization to ''Email Directory Team'' to charge you in full for any product purchased from ''Email Directory Team''.

for purchase on our web site. ''Email Directory Team'' products are digital
content that are digitally delivered, we therefore have a strict no refund
policy.
If there is a problem
with one of the digital products or if you experience any difficulty with
its product delivery issues, we will fix the problem.
If you purchase one of
our products, after your payment has cleared you will receive an email with the
product.
Once any product is
emailed to you, no refunds will be given. In other words, please ask questions
BEFORE you purchase, we can't remove it from your computer. Once you complete a
purchase, the sale is final.
